Gillian has extensive experience engaging and inspiring both adults and students though communicating timeless truths within contemporary culture.

Established within the government and independent school sector , Gill works alongside teachers and school leaders to invigorate their religious education programs with the knowledge and skills relevant for contemporary culture and 21st century education. Drawing on current research on youth culture and educational practice, pedagogy of rigour is developed with the critical thinking and creative learning required for the philosophical and ethical thinking the religious education classroom envisages. 

Gillian's work also extends to teachers and leaders in Independent schools who seek to shape their teaching and learning within a faith worldview. Through consultation and practical workshops, Gill empowers teachers to reshape practice and renew pedagogy within this faith framework.  

As an International keynote speaker, teaching and learningwithin the framework of the learners culture and worldview dominates most of her addresses.
